María Enciso PhD currently serves as an Expert at BioExpert Network and has held the position of CSO Scientific Director at iGLS - Integrated Genetic Lab Services since October 2015, focusing on advanced genetic services for reproductive medicine. Additionally, María has been an External Expert for the European Commission, evaluating grant applications in fields such as andrology and genetics since January 2015. As a Lecturer in the MSc Human Fertility program at the University of Alicante, María contributes to education in reproductive health. Previous roles include Scientific Co-Director at IVF Spain and Researcher at the University of Oxford, where specialized research on genetic processes in human gamete formation was conducted. María holds a PhD in Genetics and Cell Biology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, alongside a Master's in Clinical Embryology from the University of Oxford.
