Israel Pastor Sánchez has extensive experience in project management, entrepreneurship, and professional development. Currently serving as a project manager focused on entrepreneurship, talent, and business at the University of Alicante since July 2006, Israel also holds roles as Deputy Director of various master's programs and as Technical Secretary for the Bancaja Chair for Young Entrepreneurs, promoting entrepreneurship among university students. Additionally, Israel has been a promoter at El Club de las Buenas Decisiones since April 2016, advocating for decision-making in the business sphere. Previous experience includes overseeing the Santander Explorer Entrepreneurs program, facilitating support for aspiring entrepreneurs, and serving as a consultant for technological and business innovation at AITA. Israel holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a degree in Business and Economic Sciences from the Universitat d'Alacant.
