Ken Beall is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in driving innovation and economic growth. As the Founder and Chair of the Board of Directors at UCI Beall Applied Innovation since September 2014, Ken Beall facilitates connections between academic discoveries and the business community to foster job creation. In addition to founding University Lab Partners in 2018, which focuses on enhancing the MedTech and Life Science ecosystem, Ken Beall serves as President and CEO of Precision Hospitality & Development, LLC, a Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee with multiple locations. Ken Beall also holds board positions with CT Realty and The Fieldstone Company, and co-founded Bridge Partners, a real estate investment firm. Ken Beall earned an M.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from UCLA.
