Magdalena Maria Engelhardt is a dedicated researcher and PhD student at Universitätsklinikum Freiburg, focusing on cell fate specification in mucociliary epithelia since October 2018. Previously, Magdalena worked as a student assistant in the sleep laboratory at Marienhospital Stuttgart from 2014 to October 2018. Additionally, a research internship was completed at the University of California, Berkeley, under Prof. Richard Harland, where the investigation centered on ciliogenesis during Xenopus development from August 2016 to January 2017. Magdalena holds a Master of Science in general biology and a Bachelor of Science in general biology, both earned from the University of Hohenheim between 2012 and 2018.
