Dominic joined USS as Group Chief Financial Officer in 2017. Prior to USS, he worked as a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers, handling their insolvency. Before this, he was Lehman’s EMEA Financial Controller, EMEA Mortgage Division Chief Financial Officer, and EMEA Head of Expense Management and Procurement. Before Lehman Brothers, he held various CFO and divisional finance director roles at Genesis Housing Group, Balfour Beatty plc, and Unilabs SA.
