Sabrina Ouellet is a seasoned program specialist with extensive experience in international development and gender equality initiatives. Currently serving at Universities Canada, Sabrina Ouellet administers notable programs such as the IDRC International Doctoral Research Awards and the Queen Elizabeth Scholars program.
