Rina Krasniqi, PhD is currently employed as a CSR at Tive Inc. Rina also serves as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Prishtina and as a Teacher Trainer at KETNET. With previous experience as a Course Development Manager at PECB, a Junior Visa Agent at TLScontact, and as an English Teacher at Anglia Examinations and Britannica-ELT. Rina holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and Management from South East European University, a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics with TESOL from The University of Sheffield, and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Prishtina.
