Yasser ABOUFATIMA is an accomplished legal professional with significant experience in academia and law practice. Currently serving as a Professor of Law at Université Privée de Marrakech since 2021, Yasser ABOUFATIMA also operates a law firm, ABOUFATIMA Law Firm, where activities as both an attorney and a business lawyer have been undertaken since 2017. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Law, a Master's degree in Business Law and Enterprise Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Private Law, all from Université Cadi Ayyad. Yasser ABOUFATIMA began the academic journey at Elaraki International School of Morocco, earning a Baccalauréat in scientific studies focused on Physics and Chemistry.
