Samira Benhamida is a seasoned professional in the fields of osteopathy, stress management, and hypnosis, currently serving as a stress management trainer at the Centre national de la fonction publique territoriale (CNFPT) and an educator in physiology at Université de La Réunion since 2018. Samira has developed the concept of Hypnostéopathe, integrating hypnotherapy with osteopathic practices, and holds a patented invention in this area. Additionally, Samira has extensive experience as a trainer in various domains, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), stress management, and hypnosis, as well as practice in aquatic osteopathy. Academic contributions include teaching positions at ISOstéo Lyon and Université d'ostéopathie LAVAL, focusing on pediatric and visceral osteopathy. Samira holds a diploma in osteopathy from Eso Paris and Iso Aix en Provence, obtained between 1999 and 2005.
