Raouf Jebnoun has extensive experience in academia and public service, currently serving as a junior lecturer in translation studies at Université de Carthage since October 2005. Jebnoun held the position of interim mayor at the municipality of Hammamet from October 2012 to August 2023. Additionally, Jebnoun worked as a junior lecturer at the University of Carthage from October 2011 to September 2012 and at the University of Monastir from September 2005 to September 2012. Educationally, Jebnoun earned a diplôme des études approfondies in general linguistics from the Institut Supérieur des Langues de Tunis, completing the program in February 2004.
