Arlene Junita is a seasoned professional in public relations and communications currently serving as Senior Manager for both TikTok and ByteDance in Indonesia since October 2023. In addition to these roles, Arlene has been a Digital Marketing Lecturer at Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR) since March 2022, educating MBA students. Previous experience includes the position of Director of Brand and Communications at OnlinePajak, where leadership was provided for PR, branding, and social media teams from August 2022 to September 2023. Arlene also held the role of Head of Social Media at JD.ID and Head of Marketing Communications at PT. Electronic City Indonesia Tbk, overseeing various marketing communication divisions. Earlier roles featured responsibilities at CASIO for brand activation and rebranding efforts for Novotel and Ibis Styles. Arlene's educational background includes a Master's degree in Digital Communication and Culture from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's degree from LSPR Communication and Business Institute.
