Natia Anggreani has a solid background in human capital management and human resources, currently serving in the Human Capital Management role at Universitas Ciputra Surabaya since January 2023. Previously, Natia worked as a Human Resources Staff member at PT Artha Permai Kencana from June 2018 to January 2023. Early career experience includes positions as Head Waiter at Ubud Hotel & Cottage from July 2017 to May 2018 and Supervisor at Grand Canyon Cafe from July 2013 to July 2017. Natia holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitas Negeri Malang, completed between 2012 and 2017.
