Mucio Andre dos Santos Alves Mendes is a professor at Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso since June 2016, bringing substantial academic experience to the role. Prior to this, Mucio held positions as an Escriturário at Banco do Brasil from November 2007 to July 2008 and again from June 2010 to April 2011, where responsibilities included public service, financial investment consulting, credit sales, and managing Pronaf operations. Mucio holds a Master's degree in Agricultural Engineering with a focus on Rural Constructions and Environment from Universidade Federal de Viçosa, completed between 2011 and 2012, and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural and Environmental Engineering from the same institution, earned in 2010.
