Vera Alvarez serves as the Presidenta of Fundación Argentina de Nanotecnología since June 2022 and is a Socia fundadora at Unibaio from January 2022. Additionally, Vera holds the positions of Vice-Director of INTEMA and Adjunct Professor at Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata, where contributions have been made since 2007. As Investigadora principal at CONICET Dialoga since May 2005, Vera has focused on significant research initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Doctora en Ciencia de Materiales obtained from Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata between 2000 and 2004 and a Materials Engineer degree earned from the same institution from 1994 to 1998.
