Manuel Ricardo Lugo Cruz is an experienced professional in business incubation and consulting, currently serving as the Gerente de Creación y Transformación de Empresas at Universidad La Salle Noroeste since March 2016. In this role, Manuel leads business incubation and acceleration programs, providing services in strategic planning, market research, and organizational development. Prior to this, Manuel held various positions at Instituto Tecnológico de Sonora, including Director of the Business Incubator, where responsibilities included strategic planning and project management. Furthermore, Manuel has experience from internships and research assistance roles, including a study at Politecnico di Torino, which influenced the development of the incubator model at Instituto Tecnológico de Sonora. Manuel holds a Master's degree in Sciences of Design from Arizona State University and multiple diplomas in competitiveness and strategy.
