Nathaly RamÃrez DÃaz currently serves as the Technical Coordinator of Virtual Learning Environments at the Tribunal Constitucional de la República Dominicana since March 2021, alongside their role as a Postgraduate Professor at Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo, teaching courses on Economic, Social, Cultural, and Environmental Rights (DESCA) and the rights of historically and structurally discriminated groups. Additionally, Nathaly teaches International Human Rights Law, Constitutional Law, and Public International Law at Universidad Federico HenrÃquez y Carvajal and Universidad UNEFA, respectively. Prior experience includes working as a lawyer at RamÃrez, Robles & Asociados, S.R.L. and as a professional visitor at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. Nathaly's educational credentials include a Master in Educational Technology and Digital Competences from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, as well as multiple law degrees including a Master of Laws (LLM) in Legal Argumentation and Constitutional Law.
