Javier Torre is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Central Puerto S.A. / Grupo Sadesa since March 2016 and a Professor at Universidad del Salvador since June 2007, teaching "Practica Profesional" in the Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos program. Prior to these roles, Javier held various HR management positions at LyondellBasell and ExxonMobil, where responsibilities included labor relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, and training. Javier's extensive career also includes roles in retail management and HR coordination at Deutsche Bank AG. Educational qualifications encompass a Postgraduate degree in Management from the University of Buenos Aires and additional studies at Thunderbird School of Global Management and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
