Martha Chávez has a doctorate in Accounting and Business Sciences from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, a master's degree in Administration and a degree in Accounting from the Universidad del Pacífico. She has been Dean of the Faculty of Business Sciences, Vice Dean of Accounting and Head of the Accounting Academic Department at Universidad del Pacífico.
