Ramon Bayon, MBA, currently serves as Disaster Recovery Project Manager and Director of the Oficina de Planificación y Desarrollo Físico at the Universidad de Puerto Rico since August 2020. With extensive experience in academia and leadership, Ramon has been a Professor of Business Administration at Universidad Metropolitana since January 2009 and previously held roles including Director of Operations at AGMUS Ventures, Inc. from January 2018 to August 2020, and Director de Desarrollo de Negocios Autogestión y Emprendimiento at Universidad del Este from March 2015 to January 2018. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes founding Lemon Submarine & Skimalitos, while also contributing to community development with Proyecto Enlace del Caño Martin Peña and the American Cancer Society. Ramon holds a Master's degree in Architectural Conservation and Rehabilitation from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, an MBA in Marketing from Universidad Del Turabo, and a BS in Political Science from Universidad de Puerto Rico, along with pursuing a PhD in Entrepreneurial and Managerial Development at Inter American University of Puerto Rico-San Germán.
