Dr. Shiny Burcu Unsal is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), founder of the Academy of Neuro-Shine Technology, and a globally recognized expert in coaching and emotional intelligence with over a decade of experience. As a licensed trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming®️ and an accomplished author, Dr. Unsal developed the "YOU ARE A STAR! SHINE! Become a Galactic Leader in 5 Steps" book and provides ICF accredited coaching education. Dr. Unsal serves as a Fellow Member at the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital and holds positions on advisory councils for Harvard Business Review and Forbes Coaches Council.
