Alex Villarreal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, coaching, and training. Currently serving as a Wim Hof Method Certified Instructor at Innerfire BV since February 2022, Alex guides individuals through the methodologies of breathing, cold exposure, and commitment for enhanced strength and well-being. As the Director of Odisea Consultores since January 1999, Alex focuses on organizational effectiveness. Additional roles include Performance Coach at Stand & Deliver and participation as a board member of the Experiential Training and Development Alliance. With a strong educational background, including certifications in organizational development and personality psychology, Alex also holds positions such as Master Facilitator for TetraMap Latinoamérica and Associate Consultant at Universidad de Monterrey.
