Lidia Monzón is an experienced conference speaker and business mentor, with a focus on personal leadership, neuropsychology, language, attitude, and self-awareness. Since September 2013, Lidia has delivered presentations in various locations including Malaga, Cadiz, and Argentina, sharing the stage with notable speakers. In addition to conference work, Lidia holds a leadership position at ULPGC, responsible for managing teams in roles such as Deputy Director of Accounting and Budgets and Deputy Director of Compensation and Social Security, overseeing payroll for approximately 2,500 individuals. As a business mentor since May 2014, Lidia has contributed to institutional entrepreneurship programs, enhancing communication and productivity skills among entrepreneurs and executives. Lidia holds a diploma in Social Graduates from Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and completed a leadership training program at Esade.
