Solange Facio is an experienced HR professional specializing in talent acquisition and human resources management within the IT sector. Currently serving as an HR Business Experience at Santander Tecnología Argentina since June 2022, Solange is involved in employee engagement surveys, talent reviews, and performance management processes.
