Grace Benesch is currently working as the Fan Support Operations Lead at Universe. Prior to this, Grace held various positions such as Administrative/Editorial Assistant at Owlkids, Customer Service Representative at Mejuri, Information Technology Project Coordinator at CIBC, and Customer Service Representative at Koru Distribution. In addition to their professional experiences, Grace has also worked as a Barista at Starbucks, Visitor Services at the Art Gallery of Ontario, and in various roles at the Royal Ontario Museum. Grace holds a Certificate in Digital Art Production from The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education at Toronto Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation from the University of Toronto.
