Paula Cady is a seasoned professional in student financial services, currently serving as the Regional Director of Student Financial Services at Universal Technical Institute since April 2012. Prior to this role, Paula held the position of Director of Student Financial Services at Northcentral University and served as AVP of Student Financial Services at EDMC. Paula's experience includes managing a customer base of over 100 post-secondary institutions while working as a Sales Relationship Manager at J P Morgan Chase. Earlier in their career, Paula directed the Financial Aid Department at The Art Institute of Phoenix and Lamson Junior College, successfully overseeing operations and ensuring compliance during multiple ownership changes.
