Caitlin Smith, M. Ed. has a diverse work experience history. Caitlin began their career at Ohio University, where they worked as an Athletic Academic Services Assistant, a Marketing/Promotions Intern, and a Football Recruiting Assistant. After that, they joined Heritage College & Heritage Institute as a Student Services Coordinator and later became an Assistant Director of Education. Currently, they are employed at Universal Technical Institute, Inc. In this company, they have held multiple roles, including Supervisor of Admissions Support, Senior Student Affairs Advisor, Supervisor of Admissions Support and Events, Human Resources Coordinator, and their current position as Regional Director, Campus Enrollment Events.
