Chika Narita is currently working as the Manager for Talent Acquisition and HRBP in the Marketing Division at 合同会社ユー?エス?ジェイ (USJ LLC) since April 2017. Prior to that, Chika worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Yanmar from April 2005 to March 2017. Chika holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Engineering from Nagoya Institute of Technology, completed in 2005.
