Marty Oian has over 20 years of experience in human resources and leadership roles. In their most recent position as Vice President at Universal Services, they oversee HR, IT, and EH&S. Prior to that, Marty was the Director of Human Resources & Community Relations at Fireside Hearth & Home. They also worked as an HR Manager at Donaldson, where they managed multiple functions and led the HR function for a manufacturing location. Marty has also held HR Manager roles at Tenneco and Danfoss. They started their career at Andersen Corporation, where they held various HR roles, including Regional HR Manager and Sr. HR Business Partner. Marty's early career involved roles in customer service and claims at Auto-Owners Insurance.

Marty Oian holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Prior to that, Marty obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Management from Southwest Minnesota State University. In addition to their academic achievements, Marty has also obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in July 2015 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in January 2013.
