Anders Lykke-Skov is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in research and development management. Currently serving as the Head of Research and Development at Universal Robots since March 2017, Anders oversees a team of approximately 20 engineers, focusing on process improvement, stakeholder management, and project management. Previously, Anders held various roles at Schneider Electric, including R&D Manager and Embedded Control Platform Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading complex embedded solutions and managing teams of engineers. Additionally, Anders served as a Censor at universities in Denmark, evaluating exams, and began career as a Software Engineer at Navipartner. Anders holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Southern Denmark.
