Lori Spivey has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lori began their career at Procter & Gamble, where they worked as a Marketing Analyst, Account Executive, and Account Manager from 1997 to 2000. Lori then joined Elsevier, an international scientific marketing and communications company, where they served as an Account Executive and Account Manager for several top pharmaceutical companies. In 2006, Lori worked as a Growing Sustainable Business Intern at the United Nations Development Programme, focusing on private sector development in healthcare and financial services in Lusaka, Zambia. That same year, they also joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Principal, a role they held until 2016. In 2017, Lori became the Founder and CEO of the Florida Africa Foundation. Lori then co-founded RN Enterprises Infusion Services, Inc. in 2018, where they served as the Chief Financial Officer. Currently, Lori is Senior Director, Global Strategic Planning and Brand Strategy at Universal Parks & Resorts, a position they have held since 2019.
Lori Spivey completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Processes at the University of Florida from 1992 to 1996. Following that, they attended Harvard Business School from 2004 to 2006 and obtained their MBA degree.
