Natasha Amladi serves as the Associate Design Director at Universal Design Studio since January 2020, leading creative projects in North America across various sectors and managing a design team focused on innovative, human-centered experiences. Prior to this role, Natasha contributed as a Senior Design Lead at WeWork, overseeing design strategy for major accounts, and as a Senior Architectural Designer at Pentagram, where contributions included award-winning projects for notable clients. Natasha's extensive experience spans over a decade in prestigious studios in London and NYC, with previous roles in architectural design and freelance projects. Natasha holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia University and a BA in Architecture from the University of Cambridge.
