Norman Duda Teodosio Jambo has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as an IT Helpdesk professional at Universal Leaf Tobacco Company since October 2009, while also holding a similar position at MLT since August 1972. Norman pursued higher education at Universidade Católica de Moçambique, earning a Licenciado degree in Ensino de Informática from January 2016 to November 2020, and has completed coursework in Computer Science at the same institution. Additionally, Norman is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
