Debra Young has a wealth of experience in Human Resources, having held various titles such as Assistant Vice President, Director, Supervisor, and Benefits Coordinator in companies like Universal Leaf Tobacco Company and Dominion Youth Services. Prior to this, Debra also worked as an HR Manager at Citizens & Farmer Bank. Debra has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Richmond and an Accounting Certification from Bryant & Stratton College. Debra has also completed a Diploma from the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management. Throughout their career, Debra has been involved in various aspects of HR, payroll, benefits, and office management.
