Shahir El-Shaieb is a seasoned technical writer with over two decades of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Technical Writer at Universal Audio since September 2019, Shahir previously held a Principal Technical Writer position at F5 Networks, Inc. from July 2007 to September 2019, where responsibilities included creating technical documentation for a variety of products such as centralized management systems and security solutions. Earlier roles include Managing Editor at WatchGuard Technologies and Senior Technical Writer positions at IONA Technologies and Digidesign. Shahir began a career in technical writing at Centigram Communications. Shahir holds a BA in English Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz, obtained from 1991 to 1995.
