Ryan Randall

Director Of Customer Care at Universal Audio

Ryan Randall has a strong background in customer care and management roles. Ryan is currently the Director of Customer Care at Universal Audio, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at iZotope, Inc. from 2016 to 2023, where they held various roles including Director of Customer Care and Manager of Customer Care & Sound Design. During their time at iZotope, they implemented various strategies such as Agile Scrum methodology and Lean Kanban methodology to improve team collaboration and efficiency. Before iZotope, Inc., Ryan worked at Bose Corporation from 2007 to 2016 in roles such as Customer Care Supervisor and Wireless Technical Group Peer Coach. Ryan also has experience in technical support and engineering roles at Soundtrack Boston and MJ Audio. Ryan began their career at Zoom Telephonics, Inc. as a Technical Support Technician from 1997 to 1999.

Ryan Randall attended The New England Institute of Art and obtained an Associate of Science degree in Audio Production in 2004. In terms of additional certifications, Ryan obtained the following: Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in February 2021 twice, LinkedIn Learning Highlights: Business Strategy and Analysis from LinkedIn in November 2018, Network+ from CompTIA in January 2015, and Certified Wireless Technical Specialist from CWNP in July 2013.
