Patricia Konicki has extensive experience in administrative support and customer service. Currently employed as an Administrative Assistant at Universal American Mortgage Company since June 2014, Patricia assists the Vice President of Quality Control with daily operations, including bill payments, reservations, and travel planning for the team. Prior to this role, Patricia worked as an Independent Agent at Working Solutions from 2004 to 2009, where responsibilities included troubleshooting electronic devices for clients and providing exceptional customer service. Patricia received education at South Broward High School, graduating in 1977.
