El GHOUTi Hamza possesses extensive experience in project and technical management, currently serving as the Directeur gestion de projets at DMF14 since May 2023 and as the Directeur technique at G.T.E DU MAROC since October 2022. Previously, El GHOUTi held the position of Project Manager at Univers Acier starting in February 2018, Project Development Manager at meski holding from April 2016 to February 2018, and Technical Manager at BET INNOVATION INGENIEURIE from June 2014 to July 2016. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Engineering and Industrial Management from Université Internationale de Rabat (2021-2022) and a Master 2 in Civil Engineering from Ecole nationale supérieure des Ingénieurs des Etudes et Techniques d'Armement (2009-2014).
