Francine Shea currently serves as the Director of Ethics and Strategic Projects at Univera Healthcare, a position held since 2003, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and the Corporate Code of Business Conduct while promoting ethical business conduct. Prior roles at Univera Healthcare include Manager of Ethics, Compliance Communications & Training and Ethics Investigations Manager. Additionally, Francine worked as a Manager of Regional HR Business Partner/Employee Shared Services and Director of Human Resources, providing leadership across various business lines. Before joining Univera Healthcare, Francine was the Managing Director of Human Resources at CTG, an information technology consulting firm, undertaking roles that encompassed policy development, employee relations, and organizational development. Francine holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and Health Care Management and a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University at Buffalo.
