Lamiya Mammadova currently serves as the SVP and Head of People and Culture, Ingredients and Specialties, along with the role of Global HR Vice President for EMEA, APAC, Consumer & Industrial at Univar Solutions since October 2020. Prior to this, Lamiya held significant positions at SOCAR AQS as Chief Talent Officer and interim Chief Human Capital Officer, where the focus was on strategic people agenda and HR transformation. Lamiya's background includes serving as Global HR Director for Executive Development at Baker Hughes, where world-class talent development processes were implemented. Earlier roles at GE Oil & Gas and BP provided extensive experience in talent development, transformational change, and leadership capacity building. Lamiya holds a Master of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King's College London and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Development from Nottingham Trent University.
