Vinicius Goes has extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Vinicius currently holds the position of Business Director at Univar Solutions, where they provide strategic vision for the agriculture and corporate accounts business. Vinicius has also held leadership positions in various companies such as Buckman, Wacker Chemie, and Dow Corning. In these roles, they have been responsible for general management, operations, and commercial activities. Vinicius is skilled in managing teams, driving profitability, and implementing strategic plans to achieve targets. Prior to this, they gained experience in quality management and technical service at Labnew Medical SL and process chemistry at Ipiranga Produtos de Petróleo.

Vinicius Goes holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. Vinicius also attended ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a degree as a Chemistry technician. Additionally, Vinicius obtained an MBA in Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2003 to 2005. Vinicius has also obtained several certifications including Change Management ADKAR Model from Prosci, DPS Selling Skills Coaching from Carew International, Coaching Master from Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching - IBC, Results Leadership from Carew International, Dale Carnegie from Dale Carnegie Training, and Six Sigma Black belt from Dow Corning.
