Manian Ramesh has over 18 years of work experience in the chemical industry. Manian held various leadership roles at Univar, Ecolab, and Nalco. At Univar, they served as the Executive Vice President of Business Development, where they were responsible for global business development and strengthening partnerships with customers and suppliers. Prior to that, at Ecolab, they were the Chief Technology Officer for Water & Energy Services. Manian'slongest tenure was at Nalco, where they held multiple positions including Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of R&D for Water and Core Technologies.

Manian Ramesh has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry from the University of Madras. They also have pursued post-doctoral studies in Chemistry at Texas A&M University.
