Aaron Lee has extensive work experience in various sales and management roles. Aaron began their career in 1999 as an Account Executive at Triad Personnel/General Employment, where they marketed IT contract and permanent placement services. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as a Senior Recruiter/Sales at Technisource, marketing IT contract and staff augmentation services and managing a team of recruiters. In 2002, they joined Velsicol Chemical Corporation as an Area Sales Manager, responsible for managing a large territory and implementing sales plans and budgets. In 2006, they moved to Pilot Chemical Company as a Regional Sales Manager and later progressed to Manager, Distributor Sales and Manager, North American Sales, achieving sales growth and exceeding EBITDA goals. In 2017, they joined Univar Solutions, where they held various roles, including Director of Surfactants, Chelants & HIC, Business Director of Homecare & Industrial Cleaning, and Vice President of Global Homecare & Industrial Cleaning. Currently, they serve as the Global Vice President of Health & Nutrition, overseeing the food, pharmaceutical, and nutraceutical sectors. Throughout their career, Aaron has demonstrated strong leadership, sales performance, and strategic planning abilities.

Aaron Lee has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/Management from Loyola University Chicago, obtained from 1995 to 1999. Aaron then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from DePaul University between 2007 and 2010. Most recently, in 2022 and 2023, Aaron completed the Executive Leadership Development Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education.
