Richard Lee-Wright has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Richard is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Unity Insights, a non-profit social enterprise that provides analytics and evaluation services to the health and social care sector. Prior to this, Richard held the position of Chief Analytics and Evaluation Officer/Director of Insights at Kent Surrey Sussex Academic Health Science Network (KSS AHSN), where they built and led a highly sought-after analytics and evaluation function. Richard also worked at Health Education England as the Associate Head of Planning and Performance, responsible for workforce intelligence and planning across the KSS region. Richard has experience in business development and major accounts as the Director at Clifton Sterling, as well as interim program management roles in the NHS. Richard began their career as an Informatics NHS Management Trainee and Senior Delivery Management Consultant at Experis. Richard's expertise includes strategic planning, talent management, and stakeholder engagement.
Richard Lee-Wright started their education in 2003 and completed their Law (LLB) degree at the University of the West of England in 2006. In 2011, they pursued further education by obtaining a PgCert in Leadership and Service Improvement from Alliance Manchester Business School. In the same year, they also enrolled at UCL and earned an Msc degree in Health Informatics in 2013.
