Kristen Anderson is an experienced English Language Arts teacher with a strong background in curriculum development and data-driven instruction. Currently at Unity Preparatory Charter School of Brooklyn since August 2019, Kristen restructured the 6th-grade curriculum leading to enhanced student performance and engagement. Prior roles include teaching at Explore Charter School and Success Academy Charter Schools, where Kristen implemented comprehensive curricula and utilized data analysis to foster student achievement. Additionally, Kristen has experience in adult education through Bridge Over Troubled Waters, focusing on restorative practices to enhance classroom dynamics. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Wheaton College Massachusetts.
