Dr. Charlene J. Wilson currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Rochester Regional Health since May 2023, while concurrently holding the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Vidant Health since June 2021 and Vice President of Human Resources at Vidant Medical Center since September 2016. With a robust background in human resources across various health organizations, Dr. Wilson has held leadership positions including Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Loma Linda University Health, Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Saint Francis Healthcare Services, and key roles at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center and Peninsula Behavioral Center. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University and a Master's Degree in Public Administration, Human Resources from Villanova University, along with additional qualifications in political science and human resources.
