Johannes Hochholzer is an experienced facilitator and consultant specializing in team and organizational development, currently working at Unity Effect since July 2023. Johannes has a robust background in designing and facilitating workshops for cocreating communities since October 2016, alongside roles in product strategy and management at Isarwatt eG and CEO of Cohaus Kloster Schlehdorf GmbH from 2020 to 2022. Additional experience includes coordinating cooperative projects at Cohaus München GmbH, serving as a Junior Catalyst at bridging positions, teaching physics on an exchange program through Ocean College, and coordinating voluntary aid for refugees with Caritasverband der Erzdiözese München und Freising e.V. Johannes holds a Master of Science in Biophysics and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
