Rebecca Harrison is an accomplished leader in the arts and nonprofit sectors, currently serving as the Executive Director of Unity Charity since February 2018, where the organization supports over 40,000 Canadian youth through Hip Hop art forms. With a strong background as an Arts/Business Strategist and Grants/Funding Consultant since 2013, Rebecca has provided expertise in nonprofit management and funding strategies. Previous roles include National Programs Manager at Business for the Arts, where growth in participation exceeded 500% within a year, and Project Coordinator for the Arts Lab initiative in Toronto, focused on youth career development in the arts. Rebecca holds a Master's degree in Spanish and Iberian Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature and Linguistics from the University of Toronto.
