Larry A Woodland is an experienced executive and consultant with a robust background in clinical administration and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Interim CEO at Unity Care since November 2023, Larry has been an Independent Consultant at One 16 Consulting since December 2016, specializing in non-profit organizations, startups, and small businesses. Previously, positions included Chief Program Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer at Side by Side, where oversight of clinical standards and training initiatives was critical. Additional roles as Assistant Director of Clinical Administration at Progress Foundation and Associate Director of Mental Health at GMHC highlight a strong focus on program development and quality assurance.
