Cheryl Kerr has extensive experience in security and support services, currently serving as a Security Officer at UniTrust Protection Services (UK) Ltd since May 2013, where responsibilities include reception duties, CCTV monitoring, building patrols, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Previously, Cheryl worked as a Floating Support Officer for the Refugee and Migrant Forum of Essex & London from September 2007 to April 2013, providing assistance to service users with mental health issues and engaging with multi-agency risk assessments. Cheryl holds a BA (Hons) in Criminology, Policing, and Forensic Investigation from the University of West London and an RSA Certificate in Counselling Skills from the College of North East London. Cheryl received the 'employee of the year' award in 2014 for exemplary service and problem-solving abilities.
