Kerstin Schneider has a diverse work experience starting in 2011. Kerstin worked at EY as a Visiting Consultant and Working Student from August 2011 to October 2012. In 2013, they joined zeb consulting, initially as an Intern in Strategy & Organization from May to August. Kerstin then became an Analyst in Strategy & Organization from November 2013 to December 2016, followed by a promotion to Consultant in the same field in 2017. In 2018, they were promoted again to Senior Consultant and finally became a Manager in Strategy & Organization from January 2020 to November 2020. In November 2020, Kerstin co-founded UnitPlus, a company that combines the benefits of money as a means of payment with the return potential of the capital market, where they currently hold a role.
Kerstin Schneider has a strong educational background in business administration and economics. Kerstin obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Administration & Economics from the University of Hohenheim in 2013. Following this, they pursued further studies and completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2016.
During their educational journey, Kerstin also had the opportunity to gain international exposure. In 2012, they attended San Diego State University, where they focused on Business Administration & Economics for a brief period. In 2016, they further expanded their knowledge by studying Management at Mahidol University.

In September 2018, they acquired the Certified Scrum Master certification, also from borisgloger consulting GmbH. Furthermore, they obtained the Certified Eurex Trader certification from Eurex in July 2015.
